With DTI's advanced network we can offer services throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Wiscosin and beyond. DTI has operated it's own long distance network since 1998 and can offer local service either on-net or through resale agreements with Qwest, Sprint and SBC. DTI also has 24-Hour emergency customer service, and automatic fraud controlfor our calling card customers. If

No Monthly Service Charges
DTI is unique among long-distance carriers in that we do not
impose any monthly fees for our services, aside from taxes
and fees required by Federal, State, and/or local laws and
regulations. For specific definitions or further explanations

6-Second Billing Increments
DTI can offer our contracted business customers 6-second billing
increments. Although initial billing minimums change depending on the
DTI product you use, 6-second billing increments thereafter
gives you a way of saving up to an additional 10% (on average)
over other long distance carrier that use full minute billing or bill in units.

24 Hour Customer & Technical Service
DTI's Customer Service and Technical Service departments are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-877-742-5384.
Our normal office hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, and
after-hours personnel are always available to assist you.

Fraud Control
Fraud control is something that is taken very seriously by
DTI, and we are ever vigilant to the new ways criminal elements
have tried to penetrate industry systems. DTI personnel have
had many years of experience dealing with this problem and
have implemented many different strategies to prevent our
network from being compromised. DTI's fraud rate is thus consistently
a fraction of industry averages.
If you ever suspect fraud on your DTI account, please contact

our losses due to fraudulent activities, the more savings
we can pass along to you, our customer.

Billing
Our goal at DTI is to create a perfect customer service environment.
In order to do that we have created several customized packages
for your payment options. You can simply receive a statement
in the mail, or for your convenience,
you can receive your statement via an email message. DTI is now offering all residential customer a one-time $5 credit and business customers a $15 credit for chossing this method. We can
also setup your account to automatically be applied to your credit
card. Please call customer service at 1-800-998-3751 to change your account today.
We are also currently developing new payment options. Two
new features that will be coming soon, are the ability to
make payments through our website, and the ability to view
your statements online. Please stay tuned for these new services.
